Buyer: the consumer who purchases a package on the site. The name, e-mail and billing details declared by the Buyer during payment form part of this agreement.

The subject of this agreement is the right to have as many personalised "Cosmic Strategy Reports" produced as the analysis package chosen by the Buyer provides. A report is digital content generated by AI from the information entered by the Buyer.

Prices are final prices including taxes. There are no delivery or additional charges. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

• ✦Payment: Taken as a single payment by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Card details are not seen or stored by Astro Şifa.
• ✦Delivery: As soon as the payment is approved, the analysis credits are assigned electronically to the Buyer's session. There is no physical delivery. Each analysis is produced on screen within seconds when the Buyer submits the form.
• ✦Technical failure: If an analysis cannot be completed for a technical reason, the credit used is refunded automatically.

• ✦Unused credits: Within 14 days of the purchase date, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal for the analysis credits in the package that have not yet been used, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The refund amount is the share of the package price proportional to the number of unused credits (package price ÷ number of credits in the package × number of unused credits).
• ✦Used analyses: Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The Buyer accepts that they consented, at the time of purchase, to the immediate performance of the digital content and that the right of withdrawal ends for analyses whose report has been produced.
• ✦How to withdraw: Send your withdrawal notice, stating the purchase date and package, to [email protected] or through the "Contact Us" form on the site.
• ✦Refund period: Refunds are made to the card used for payment, by the same method, within 14 days at the latest from the Seller's receipt of the withdrawal notice. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.

1. Parties and subject. This agreement governs, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the rights and obligations of the Seller identified above and the Buyer regarding the sale and performance of the analysis package ordered by the Buyer online through the website.
2. Preliminary information. The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood the preliminary information on the main characteristics of the product, its total price including taxes, payment and delivery details and the right of withdrawal, and that they have given the required confirmation online.
3. Formation. The agreement is formed when the Buyer approves this text on the purchase screen and completes the payment. The moment of approval and the approved version (2026-10-29) are recorded by the Seller.
4. Performance. The Seller assigns the analysis credits immediately after the payment is approved. By using their credits, the Buyer requests the immediate production of the digital content.
5. Nature of the service. Reports are for interpretation and personal development; they are not medical, legal, psychological or investment advice. Details are set out in the Terms of Use.
6. Personal data. The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
7. Retention. This agreement remains published on the site; the Buyer may access it on this page at any time or request a copy by e-mail.
8. Entry into force. This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved online by the Buyer.

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made has jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding those limits. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS).
