Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the service offered by Ali Kotan ("Astro Şifa") through astrosifa.online. By using the site or purchasing a package, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Purchases are additionally governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.

The service is intended for persons aged 18 and over.

Astro Şifa is a digital service that produces a personalised "Cosmic Strategy Report" with an AI model running on its own server, based on the full name, mother's and father's names, date, time and place of birth and optional question entered by the user. The report is shown on screen immediately, can be downloaded as a PDF and is kept in the Cosmic Archive for the retention period.

• ✦The service is offered as packages of analysis credits purchased with a one-time payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment.
• ✦Available packages: Starter Cosmic Report (1 analysis, ₺199); Strategic Empire Package (3 analyses, ₺499); Grand Collection / Corporate Package (10 analyses, ₺1,299). The prices shown are final prices including taxes.
• ✦Each completed analysis deducts one credit from your balance. If an analysis cannot be completed for a technical reason, the credit is refunded automatically.
• ✦Analysis credits are tied to the session in the browser used for the purchase; if your browser cookies are deleted, please contact us to regain access.
• ✦The right of withdrawal and refund conditions are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement.

• ✦Reports are interpretive and inspirational; they offer no certain knowledge, guarantee or prediction about the future.
• ✦Reports are not a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Please consult a physician about health matters.
• ✦Reports are not investment advice and contain no buy or sell recommendation for any specific security, crypto asset or fund.
• ✦Reports do not replace legal or psychological counselling.
• ✦AI output may contain errors, inconsistencies or statements that do not match your expectations.

• ✦You enter into the forms only information that belongs to you or for which you have explicit permission.
• ✦You must not write special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin, in the question field.
• ✦Attempts to overload the system, bypass security measures or misuse it with automated tools are prohibited; access may be restricted in such cases.

Astro Şifa cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from decisions made on the basis of the reports. Where Astro Şifa becomes liable for any reason, that liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant purchase. This limitation does not affect cases that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent or gross negligence) or your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

The design, texts and software of the site belong to Astro Şifa. You may keep, download and share the report produced for you for personal use; reproducing or selling reports for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Astro Şifa may update these terms; the current text is always published on this page and applies to purchases made after its publication date. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or technical faults; your analysis credits are preserved during such periods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes exceeding those limits.
