Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Astro Şifa, as data controller, within the scope described below.

When you fill in the analysis form and use our service, the following data is processed:

• ✦Identity details: Full name, mother's name, father's name.
• ✦Birth details: Date of birth, time of birth and place of birth (city).
• ✦Request content: The question or plan you write in the form and the report produced for you.
• ✦Transaction details: The package purchased, amount, date, your remaining analysis credits, and the agreement version you approved at purchase together with the time of approval.
• ✦Contact details: If you use the "Contact Us" form, your name, e-mail address and message — only to answer your request.
• ✦Technical details: A random session identifier assigned to your browser. Your IP address is kept briefly in server memory only to prevent misuse (rate limiting); it is not stored in the database.

Our service does not ask for special categories of personal data such as health, religion or ethnic origin. Please do not write such information in the question field.

• ✦Producing the astrological analysis report: Providing the service you request — KVKK Art. 5/2(c), formation and performance of a contract.
• ✦Providing report history and PDF output: Performance of the service — KVKK Art. 5/2(c).
• ✦Tracking analysis credits and purchases: Performance of the contract and accounting/tax obligations — KVKK Art. 5/2(c) and (ç).
• ✦Security and prevention of misuse: Legitimate interest — KVKK Art. 5/2(f).

Your data is not used for any other purpose, such as advertising, marketing or profiling.

Your reports are produced by an open-source AI model running locally on a server owned by Astro Şifa. The information you enter is not sent to external AI providers such as OpenAI or Google and is not used to train any model.

Reports are intended for personal development and guidance; they do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Limited transfers occur only in the following cases:

• ✦Infrastructure service: Access to the site is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) over the network of Cloudflare, Inc. Because this provider's servers may be located abroad, your data may be deemed transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9 during transmission. Cloudflare does not use your data for its own purposes.
• ✦Payment service: Your card details are processed directly on the payment page of iyzico, a licensed payment institution; Astro Şifa never sees or stores your card details. The full name and e-mail address you enter at payment are passed only to iyzico, for the payment receipt and fraud checks; Astro Şifa does not store them in its own database.
• ✦Legal obligation: Legally valid requests from authorised public institutions.

Expired data is deleted automatically by the system every day.

• ✦All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
• ✦Your session cookie cannot be read by JavaScript (HttpOnly) and is not sent with requests from other sites (SameSite).
• ✦The database is kept in a file closed to the outside, accessible only to the server administrator.
• ✦A session can access only its own reports; excessive requests are limited automatically.

Under KVKK Art. 11, at any time you have the right to:

• ✦learn whether your data is processed,
• ✦request information if it has been processed,
• ✦learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• ✦know the third parties to whom it is transferred,
• ✦request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• ✦request its deletion or destruction,
• ✦request that corrections/deletions be notified to recipients,
• ✦object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis,
• ✦claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Astro Şifa uses only essential cookies: a session cookie and a language preference. No advertising, analytics, social media or third-party tracking cookies are used, so no cookie consent is requested.

You can delete these cookies in your browser settings; however, you will then no longer be able to access your remaining analysis credits and report history from this browser.
